What this website does

This website allows us to

  • take credit card donations to support our work.
  • sell tickets to the events we organise.
  • allow our members to pay membership fees.

We do not use this site to sell any merchandise.

We use Sage Pay to process your online credit card payment. Please read our security policy for further details.

Delivery Policy

We will make every effort to dispatch your membership pack, including your membership card, within two workings days of receiving your order. Membership packs are sent via Royal Mail second class. If you have not received your membership pack within 14 working days of placing your order, or 30 days for overseas members, please call us on 024 7630 3517.

Course bookings will be acknowledged within ten working days of your order.

Event tickets will be dispatched within ten working days of your order.

If you are concerned about receiving an acknowledgment or tickets in time for the course or event please contact us on 024 7630 3517.

Refund and Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your membership subscription up to 7 workings days from the day when your membership pack arrives. You do not need to give us a reason for cancellation.

Please inform membership@gardenorganic.org.uk that you are exercising your right to cancel as soon as possible, quoting the order reference number shown on your order confirmation email. Then return your membership pack to us, complete with membership card. You will be liable for the cost of returning your pack.

Any purchases, contracts, refunds or cancellations of any sort do not affect your statutory rights.

For courses, if you cancel up to four weeks before the date of the course you can transfer to an alternative course without charge or will be refunded the cost of the course minus a £20 administration fee per attendee. After this period a refund of course fees will not be given for cancellation or non-attendance. In the event that the minimum numbers are not achieved and the course has to be cancelled we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible and the full cost of the course will be refunded.

Orders for event tickets cancelled up to four weeks before the event will be refunded in full. After this time we are unable to refund event tickets.

We do not offer a refund on donations. If your donation was made in error, please call us immediately on 024 7630 3517.

Currency

We only accept Great British Pound Sterling.

Export Restrictions

Typically, we only send event tickets to UK addresses. If you would like to discuss the possibility of sending event tickets overseas please contact us on 024 7630 3517 to discuss this further.

If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible. We shall acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a resolution to the complaint within 10 working days. We will keep you fully informed of progress until the matter is fully resolved.

How this site makes use of browser cookies:
