We’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated fundraising professional to help us to develop and grow our income streams. You will get under the skin of the organisation, to understand our work inside and out.

We're looking for an experienced membership professional to lead the charity’s membership team. The charity currently has 20,000 members and as Membership Manager, you will take the lead on nurturing and growing this base by seeking ways to develop and improve the service we offer whilst maintaining our high existing member retention levels.
As Membership Officer you'll be the first point of contact for all member queries and will play a vital role in both nurturing relationships with existing members and encouraging more people to join us through a variety of sales and marketing activities including events.
Could you volunteer for us as part of our 'Growth' Horticultural Therapy Project and assist in the delivery of a meaningful experience to young people or adults with a range of Special Educational Needs and or challenging behavioural needs.
